Practical Support for Starting Solids, Toddler Nutrition, and Picky Eating
As parents, there are so many things we assume our kids will just know how to do, and when they don’t, or things don’t go the way we imagined, it can bring up a lot of doubt, frustration, second-guessing, and even shame (shouldn’t I know how to fix this?!).
That’s where Cristina comes in.
Cristina is here to help you feel more confident and supported in feeding your child. Cristina works with families to build developmentally appropriate feeding skills that help children feel comfortable, curious, and joyful around food.
Food refusal, picky eating, and figuring out what (or how) to feed your 6-month-old can all feel overwhelming. And you're not alone. Have you found yourself wondering…
“How am I supposed to cut this cucumber so my 9 month old doesn’t choke?”
“How do I cook one meal that everyone in the family can enjoy? 18 month old and 4 year old included?!”
“Why isn’t my 3 year old eating eggs all of a sudden? This was their favorite food 2 days ago!”
Then you’re in the right spot! That's where personalized nutrition support can make a difference. Cristina provides practical, individualized guidance to help you understand what your child needs, make mealtimes feel less stressful, and develop a feeding approach that works for your actual family. With practical guidance, encouragement, and real-life strategies, she’ll help bring more confidence (and less stress) back to your family table.
Meet Cristina, Your Family Table Nutritionist
Cristina holds a master's degree in holistic nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and has completed certification in integrative health coaching. As a mom herself, she understands how complicated feeding children can feel in real life. Cristina is still navigating the feeding journey with her own children and she’s passionate about helping families find more peace, joy, and confidence at the table while supporting infants, toddlers, picky eaters, and the parents who love them.
She’s here to help you share one meal, sit down together, and actually enjoy it!
Cristina believes mealtime doesn’t have to mean cooking separate meals or negotiating every bite. She helps families move toward sharing one meal at the table. No short-order cooking, no power struggles, just connection and nourishment.
Her philosophy centers on finding joy in food. The perfectly ripe summer peach. The juiciest tomato. The most satisfying slice of pizza. There is room for all foods at the table. Food should nourish both body and soul, and with the right tools, children can experience that joy too, even if their foods are touching gasp!.
